Adam Kent from Forged Solutions Group has been working with a group of year 10 pupils from Oasis Academy Don Valley to put together a series of simulations of melting, casting and rolling metal using melted chocolate and warmed pear drops. They then hosted groups of school children from across South Yorkshire during the course of the day, encouraging them to cast and roll the chocolate and pear drops to create their own forging and rolled products.
