Customer Delivery Planner RD x1 37.5 hours per week Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Orderbook Management
  • On time delivery/arrears
  • Schedule changes/adhoc PO’s
  • Customer Communication/updates
  • Interface between operations, planning and customer
  • Shipping issues
  • Quality/technical/approvals
  • Customer LOBs
  • Primary contact to build and develop relationships with assigned customers.
  • Effectively liaison with OPS / QA / Tech / Maintenance to ensure delivery of customer requirements
  • WIP / FG stock control
  • Other adhoc Planning duties to support MS’s/CSDM’s

This role will report to the Customer Service Delivery Manager and the ideal candidate will be degree educated with previous experience in a customer facing role.

Manufacturing Manager DD 37.5 Hours Per Week Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Manufacturing Manager will have responsibility for:

  • Responsibility for daily expenses, TOC based financial targets
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the business, define the highest standards required for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery and ensure these are delivered
  • Performances manage your teams, ensuring that accountability is defined and understood, and that development opportunities are identified with HR Dept and carried out
  • Ensure that effective communication strategies are implemented and maintained throughout the business including appropriate senior level meetings and employee relations discussions
  • Maintain full directorship responsibility for the Health and Safety Performance and the well-being of the workforce

Previous experience of managing a small fast-paced manufacturing organisation or as part of junior/middle management of a larger manufacturing organisation is desirable, as is being educated to degree level.

Supply Chain Manager DD 37.5 hours per week Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will have responsibility for:

  • Create and implement department strategy for the short, medium and long term to support the needs of the customer and business, whilst meeting financial targets.
  • Manage the production planning system to meet customer and business KPI’s with daily communication and review with production staff.
  • Manage a capacity planning system, process and strategy for the short, medium and long term whilst meeting all production and financial targets.
  • Analyse plant capacity, identify bottlenecks and work with production staff on resolution.
  • Drive scheduling and logistics improvements.
  • Drive cost reduction projects.
  • Production plan expediting and work in progress tracking.
  • Sales and dock plan compilation and management communication.
  • Monthly and quarterly arrears forecast.
  • Setting throughput and inventory targets, maintaining throughput monitoring system.
  • Production planning of internal and external equipment and services.
  • Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process and strategy for the short, medium and long term to support the needs of the business, whilst meeting all sales, operations and financial targets.
  • To provide timely and accurate reports to support and enable the business decision making process.
  • Maintain and provide data on forecast plans to allow operations to best plan how to meet this at lowest cost.
  • Managing inventory targets (critical stock management)
  • In line with the QMS this position is the process owner for subcontract management

You should have previous Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment and CIPS or CILT, or APICS or similar Supply Chain Qualifications.
